Please, if you are having difficulty finding your way around or you just have a question about something you come across on this site, don't hesitate to contact me. I can help! ~Mike Ronayne.
Welcome to our community website. This site is designed to be interactive and to allow the residents of the Fells the ability to add and maintain their own content. While I realize that this capability isn't for everybody, and that the learning curve can sometimes be a bit daunting, it does provide a venue for communication that isn't dependent upon a single individual (me).
For those of you who would like to have something added to the site - a favorite recipe, an upcoming local event, a testimonial and recommendation of someone who has done work for you - but don't have the time to learn how to do it yourself, please just send me an email with what you would like added along with any photos you might have including related web links to other sites and I will add the content for you. Since I do this for a living I am usually responsive within 30 minutes if I receive a request during normal working hours - which is a pretty broad window for me. ~Mike Ronayne
A few updates to share – January 2020
Board Officers and Meeting Times:
Officers and members for 2020 will be Jay Connor (president), Bill Steele (treasurer), Suzanne Francis (secretary), Joel Tragash and Joan Ostrowski.
The board typically meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 4:00pm. Meeting times are shown on the Fells website calendar, https://www.thefellsconnection.org/calendar/. Prior to each meeting, agenda is added to the calendar entry or is available by contacting Andrew Knight at email@example.com. Board meetings are open to all owners. If you are interested in attending a meeting, we request you let the board know since we occasionally need to move the meeting time.
Meeting minutes can be found on the website. Minutes are posted following approval at the next meeting.
Winter Exercise Room Access:
Every winter, melt and refreeze lead to slippery conditions on the path to the exercise room and no ideal solution to this has been identified. The board has decided to offer exercise room users the option of going through the clubhouse. If you are interested in this alternative, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an access code and more details.
If you are attending a community event at the clubhouse, you may occasionally see someone walking though. For those hosting private events, there will be a sign to put up indicating the clubhouse access is temporarily unavailable.
Your feedback as to how this works out is welcome. We will revisit as needed.
Just a reminder, we do not have trash or recycle pickup service inside the clubhouse. We have several volunteers who have been great about taking care of this. With the increasing number of activities at the clubhouse, we ask all groups using the clubhouse be conscious of this and take any trash with them.
Reminder: Holiday Trash Pickup Delay – Saturday, January 25
Due to the MLK holiday, next week’s trash pickup will be on Saturday, January 25
As a reminder to everyone here at The Fells - when walking your dog, please remember to pick up after them when nature calls. After all, as much as we wish they could, they can't do it for themselves. This covers ALL Common areas including along the fire road, the septic leach fields, along the roadways, the berm, etc.
You must also have your dog on lease at all times when walking the neighborhood. And, if you have guests visiting with their dogs please be sure they are also aware of these rules.
And, if you notice anyone from outside the community walking their dog in the neighborhood perhaps you could politely inform them about this policy.

The Fells Community Document Library will be continually updated with the latest meeting minutes and other important documents from our Board of Directors.
All meeting minutes and other documents are available for download and for reading in the popular Adobe Reader (PDF) format.
Because these documents are only meant for members of our community you will have to login to the website to access them. If you need help logging into your account please contact Mike Ronayne at email@example.com or (603) 672-3898.
If you haven't heard about this weekly Monday night event most of the games start at 7:00 unless otherwise planned and run until around 10:00 based on the general consensus of the players. Everyone brings their own beverages & optionally their favorite snacks for sharing. If you are interested in playing please RSVP to John Chase - firstname.lastname@example.org or (603) 554-1927 so that we can get an accurate count. There is no commitment to play on a regular basis so feel free to try it out one night and then decide on a weekly basis if you are interested in playing on the upcoming Tuesday night.
And please note: this is a casual, friendly game where the "cards speak for themselves" - meaning that if you lay down your hand and declare that you have a straight and you really have a straight flush, someone will let you know so there is no risk of losing a hand because you missed something. This game is definitely for us amateurs...
First come, first served! We need a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 7 players (per table). If we have at least 10 players we will split into two tables of 5.Write comment (2 Comments)
